Where each one is ahead

Where Kicksite is ahead
- Its billing is running today. Kicksite runs recurring automated billing, one-time charges and past-due tracking on every tier. Your dojo’s own Stripe account is connected during Guided Launch, and no school is billing live on it yet.
- Eighteen years and 2.1K+ schools. Konjo is launching with its first schools.
- A very small school pays less. Kicksite starts at $49 a month up to 25 active students.
- You can see the price before you talk to anyone. Kicksite publishes four numbers on its site; Konjo publishes the model and gives you the figure on the call.
- It builds and maintains your school’s website for you — basic through multi-location, with lead forms wired into the software. Konjo gives your dojo one public page, not a site somebody else runs.
Where Konjo is ahead
- Your price does not go up as the school grows. Kicksite steps at 25, 50 and 100 active students.
- Students get a training journal, flashcards and video coaching. Kicksite gives them a portal and a media library to watch — nothing to log training in, practice against, or send video to an instructor from.
- Instructors get floor tools in the app they already carry: class mode, attendance and readiness. Kicksite’s are at the desk — a check-in kiosk and an eligible-to-promote list in a browser.
- Card processing is Stripe’s own rate with no Konjo markup. Kicksite’s processing partner charges $29 a month before the 2.9% and 25¢ a card.

What we bring across
Your people and households, and the rank each student holds today on your own ladder. Your memberships and who is on what, your belt ladders and what each rank requires, your programs, your class schedule and your curriculum with its video. Your waiver, your locations, and the first year a new student follows. Nobody arrives in Konjo as a white belt.
What we quote separately: the dated history behind all of it — past promotions, attendance and payments in your old system. Send the exports and we scope it with you before you commit to a date.
Recurring billing is set up again on Stripe, and each family enters a card once. Konjo does not import saved card numbers.
Konjo builds your dojo from those exports, section by section. You read every section and ask for corrections, and nothing goes live until you have approved it.
