Neither the app nor Studio is the afterthought.
Konjo app — for students and instructors
Students log their training, follow the curriculum for their own rank and ask an instructor for feedback. Instructors get a Teach tab in the same app: run class, take attendance, and see who is close to testing.

Everything the front desk touches, in a browser on a full-size screen — the roster, the week and the money in one place. It is built around ranks and tests, so a belt is a record, not a custom field.

What each half hands the other
Four moments in an ordinary week. Each one is done by a person on one side of the school and read, without anyone being asked, by a person on the other.
The mat writes it
Students log the sessions they train from their own phone. Instructors check the class in from the floor, or a student taps in at the tablet in the lobby.
The desk reads what the mat wrote
Attendance, ranks and testing history in Studio are those same records, not a copy of them. Nothing is exported and nothing is re-typed.
The desk sets what a rank asks for
Head instructors write the requirements once. Every student then sees the list for the rank they are on, and nothing from three ranks ahead.
A test closes both halves at once
Mark pass, fail or absent. The new rank lands on the student’s profile and in the school’s numbers the minute you finalize the roster.
Class-booking software can tell you who came in. It cannot tell you who is ready to test, because it was never told what a rank asks for. The comparison pages show that row by row, with sources.
See both halves with your own school in them.
The demo runs on a sample dojo with your ranks already in it. You pick which half to open first — the phone a student carries, or the desk you sit at. Bring the head instructor if the curriculum is theirs.
A short call. Nothing to install, no contract and no minimum term.
