Built to be read by agents
Most Konjo screens are built by AI agents working from these pages, so every chapter is plain Markdown at a stable address. Point an agent at the index and it can find the rule for whatever it is building.
Where it came from
Kata was rebuilt from scratch in fourteen interview rounds, after studying how Nike and Apple run their systems. All of it is published, including the decisions we reversed.
