The launch, step by step
From first call to day 90.
We set the real date at kickoff, once we have seen your data. This is the usual shape.

Kickoff
Thirty minutes on Zoom. We learn how your school runs, set a launch date and write down three things that should be easier by day 90.

Data check
You send the export from your current system. We check it and send back one short list of anything to fix.
- Weeks 1–2
We build your school
Members, families, ranks, plans, classes and your waiver, imported and set up. You review it and ask for one round of changes.

Training
A 45-minute session for you on your own setup. A 30-minute phone drill for your instructors, with a one-page reference for the floor.

Launch check
We are on the call. Together we add a member, take attendance, open a family record, preview a message and run a report.

Most of the work is ours.
You know your school better than anyone. We know Konjo. So you make the decisions and we do the setting up.

- Connect your school’s own Stripe account with you.

- Join your go-live, then check in three times after.

How we got these numbers
- It is an estimate, not a quote. Your school will differ, so we go through your own numbers on the demo call.
- It assumes one reasonably clean export from one system, about 0.7 families per student, and an owner new to Konjo.
- “With us” is your own time with Guided Launch: the calls, your review, your correction list and sending the family invite.
- It leaves out your staff’s time beyond training, and the cost of mistakes. Both would make doing it alone cost more.
Our promise
Nothing goes live until you accept it.
Founding dojos use Konjo free while it is built with them. Guided Launch is part of that.
- You sign off first. We work through a written checklist with you before anyone is invited.
- We fix what is wrong. If something on the checklist is not right, we correct it.
- No card to start. Founding dojos pay nothing during the pilot, and nothing switches to paid unless you sign an order form.
Good to know
Three things we tell everyone early.
Families add a card once
Recurring billing is set up again on Stripe, and each family enters a card once. Konjo does not import saved card numbers.
Your dojo’s own Stripe account is connected during Guided Launch, and no school is billing live on it yet.
We bring what your system exports
Missing history or messy records may need extra time. If your move needs more than Guided Launch covers, we tell you before any work starts.
Your data can leave too
Available Studio screens export CSV files, and Galen helps with exports for 30 days after it ends. Email support@getkonjo.com.
