Stripe’s fees come straight out of each payment: 2.9% + 30¢ per card payment, plus Stripe Billing’s fee on memberships. 2.9% + 30¢ is the published US card rate; Stripe’s own fee on international cards, American Express or a currency conversion can be higher. Konjo adds no fee. Your dojo’s Stripe account is connected during Guided Launch.

Switching to Konjo from Zen Planner
Ask Zen Planner for every export it offers, including members, attendance and rank. Send it in whatever shape it arrives, and we will tell you what is missing before you agree on a launch date.
What we bring across
Your people and households, and the rank each student holds today on your own ladder. Your memberships, belt ladders and what each rank requires, your programs, class schedule and curriculum with its video. Your waiver and your locations. Nobody arrives in Konjo as a white belt.
Quoted separately: the dated history behind it, such as past promotions, attendance and payments in your old system. Send the exports and we scope it with you before you commit to a date.
Recurring billing is set up again on Stripe, and each family enters a card once. Konjo does not import saved card numbers.
Konjo builds your dojo from those exports, section by section. You read every section and ask for corrections, and nothing goes live until you approve it.
